The link to the forum you posted is moderated by a chap called Jim that was banned from posting here because he was trolling under other names. He's a hardcore anti-circ guy and is hostile to any suggestions which are not the same as his.

I don't feel this forum is too pro-circ, generally. At the moment there is a trend presenting itself where there are quite a few circ-related questions and not so many on the stretching front. However, this is just a trend. Sometimes it is the other way around and stretching and non-surgery posts are the majority. It's not the intention for this forum to promote circumcision or stretching, rather it is to present solutions, whatever they may be. From there it is up to the individual to further pursue his own education on the subject and take a decision on how he wants to procede.
