First, there are many, many comments and descriptions below as to how you can make the foreskin grow wider through a stretching program. With as far along as you are, this really won't take long.

Second, your first sexual experiences shouldn't be intercourse anyway. There is a lot of learning to be comfortable with another person - both emotionally and physically - before intercourse should even be an issue. Your slight phimosis won't even be an issue until you need the mobility of the foreskin to assist in intercourse.

Third, your first intercourse will be awkward - it has nothing to do with your foreskin.

Fourth, masturbation is part of the health care and sexual exploration program. Don't be afraid to find out what feels good. Particularly for an intact man, using the foreskin to move over the glans and frenulum attachment are generally highly pleasurable and prevent the painful abrasion that comes from rubbing the glans directly (which intact men almost never do, due to sensitivity). This also helps the foreskin to become mobile.

Finally, a urologist is the LAST person you should see. Their training is surgery, not skin care. A GP, family doctor, or dermatologist would be far more likely to guide you to the exercises, possibly assisted with betamethasone, which would fix the situation.
