The easy answer is that there is no reason why you can't enjoy sex with phimosis. At this point in your life, sex should only be done with a condom. Roll the condom on your erect penis just like a circumcised boy would and then apply some latex safe lubricant to the outside of the condom to ease the entry into your partner
When the time comes that sex without a condom is appropriate, if you still have phimosis, use some lubricant on the foreskin of your penis, again to ease entry. As before, this is the same procedure your circumcised friends would use to have sex.
The major difference is that when you have a wank, you don't need lube and most circucmised boys do.
