Any suggestions or helpful sites for stretching tips? What about those mysterious "topical creams"? I've heard a lot about something called Betamethasone 0.05, is it, or its counterparts, prescription? And what about surgical alternatives? Should I even be considering those? Circ, partial circ, dorsal slit, preputial plasty, should I investigate these avenues?
