>Any suggestions or helpful sites for stretching tips? What about those mysterious "topical creams"? I've heard a lot about something called Betamethasone 0.05, is it, or its counterparts, prescription? And what about surgical alternatives? Should I even be considering those? Circ, partial circ, dorsal slit, preputial plasty, should I investigate these avenues?
Betamethasone has been shown to be very effective in fostering skin growth. It works much better with the stretching program. All surgeries are going to cut nerves, blood vessels, etc. and leave a scar. From what you have described, you have no need, but learning about things as almost alwaysa good idea. If the condition was completely intransigent (which would indicate a disease condition, such as persistent yeast infections), then surgery might make some sense, but our bodies were designed either by Nature or God (or by God working naturally) for optimum performance and it is the height of arrogance to think we can carve at non-diseased parts and make improvement. You can fix the condition and you will be the better both inside and out for taking charge of things yourself.
