I'm sorry but I have had to delete your post. While I'm not sure if you were joking or not, the subject of self-surgery is stupid beyond words and I would hate to see some naive chap go ahead and do such a crazy thing because you are perhaps considering it. Surgery should always be performed by trained professionals, in the correct environment, with the proper tools and medical back up facilities. I cannot allow this forum to be host to such a dangerous consideration within a thread.
