How to get a Circ?

im 18 years old and i really want a circ. no ones pressuring me to get one but i honestly like the look of a circed penis alot more. i have no problems with my foreskin but the only thing that worries me really is the sensitivy factor after getting the op. one question i have for those of you who got circed is
Was it a major change in your life have a cut penis? did you notice it alot?
also im trying to keep my parents from knowing beacuse itd freak them out. i still live with them though. but to my main point
1)how do i go about getting a circumcision
i have no idea who to call or how i set up an appointment NOTHING!
2)Do i go to a General Dr. or a Urologist?
someone mentioned how id have to go to a family dr. then get a refferal or somin like that. then someones else said id have to see a cosmetic surgeon. i looked up some plastic surgeons in my area and not a single one advertises doing ne sort of surgery.
3)Whats the cost like?
i have around 500 dollars right now i could spend. but i heard you can get them done in office and it wont cost a whole lot. i definatley dont wnat the whole going under surgery and have to pay for anethstia. also how much would the dr visits cost just to talk to them?
4) My final concern is will drs. refuse me?
i worry that theyll tell me i dont need one and to go away. i look really young too. im afraid theyll tell me to go home and get my mom or dad or something like that. keep in mind i want my parents to remain clueless and no nothing. im gonna have to pay all out of pocket with no insurance. is there any possible way theyd find out? Im still on their insurance so would they get a notice and something like that saying i had an op done?

sorry i have a long post but its just i have no idea what to do to get a circ especially if its not medically needed. please dont flame me saying im dumb for wanting one any help would be great.
