I remember reading your original post, so I'll say a few things. First, I think you are sadly misguided to want to destroy a fully functional part of your body. It is there for a reason - every time people in their arrogance have tried to declare that some part is useless or even deleterious, they have been proved wrong.Now as to doing it yourself, there are several problems. The extraction of a lipoma is quite simple - you make a slit, pull the lump out and let the skin heal together in the way it naturally will. A circumcision is far more complex - you will have two edges several inches long which must grow back together just right to not have wrinkles and other problems. The open edges can also grow adhesions to the glans and those would need to be corrected.
You would need anesthesia. Again, it's not just a slit in the skin, but far more extensive. You can't do a general anesthetic, of course. Usually a local will suffice if administered by a trained professional, but getting it right is nearly impossible for a layman.
The chances of infection are immense for what you propose.
Due to the wriggliness of foreskin, it would be extremely difficult to get the presice styling you hope for. It would be very difficult to even get the cut straight.
But if you are bound and determined to do it, make sure you videotape it from several directions, preferably digitally as well. There are plenty of pervs out there who would pay big money to watch that spectacle again and again.
