Stretching tutorial

Hi!
I look for the possibility of winnig with phimosis by stretching exercises.
I know there are some subtel issues about this (i.e. you cannot do it to hard and without pain etc.). Where can I find the exact description of such exercises? I must do it exactly and properly, I want to avoid surgery and loosing the fragment of my body :-)
