Hi there. I had my circumcision in November 2003, i.e. 15 months ago and have noticed a difference in my enjoyment of sex. I have previously suffered with P.E when I had phimosis but I grew out of that before I had my operation so I tend to agree with Ivan that the phimosis and P.E are unrelated. I have never seen any research, which suggested a link between the two. What I will say is that several weeks after my operation I enjoyed orgasm much more owing to the sensitivity and removal of the tight foreskin and can actually say that after 15 months I am still enjoying fantastic orgasms, far better than pre-op. I also appear to have a larger erection and cum much more and with greater force that previously. A month after op seems a little keen, if you are a sufferer of P.E then the sensitivity is likely to contribute to that if your orgasm is much improved as mine is. I believe there are some techniques you can practice with your partner to help prevent P.E such as retracting prior to ejaculation to have a breather and also practising whilst masturbating, i.e. working to the point of orgasm and then stopping prior to ejaculation. Repeated actions like this are supposed to reduce the incidence of P.E over time. I know nothing about hypnotherapy for P.E.

Hope this helps
Nick

>Has anyone had any experience of Premature ejaculation and phismosis. I had a partial circ to cure phismosis of 25years and have always suffered from PE, was hoping the circ would help to cure this? Post Op 1 month and just started masturbating....PE still seems to be a problem....anyone got any advice on how to resolve this??? Hypnotherapy????? - I know its early days but will this get better???
