Hi Jason,
Sorry to hear about the bleeding. Have you had stitches put in? If so, then there ought not to be any significant bleeding. The blood vessels should have been cauterized and the wound should have a bit of a scab on it.
I just got back from having a frenuloplasty. 10 min after the urologist said everything was ok, so i went home. Now, about 4 hours later, i am constantly dripping blood. IS THIS MUCH BLOOD NORMAL?
10 minutes does not sound like nearly enough time to me. I had to wait 30 minutes after my circumcision.
No dressign was applied, just a cream (polysporin), and it was under local.
Probably no dressing was used as you did not have a circumcision, but a dressing does wonders for applying a bit of pressure and does stem the flow of blood.
I just took tylenol and i am in little pain, but constantly bleeding.
Does Tylenol contain aspirin? If so you shoud stop taking it as aspirin thins the blood and will worsen the bleeding. Check the contents.
I am not lying down, i'm sitting mostly, will this affect the blood flow?
Probably not too much but lying down can't be bad.
If this bleeding continues within the next 24h, should i see the doc?
Most definitely!
Thanks, respond ASAP
Hope this helps and try not to worry too much.
Damian
