Frenuloplasty Performed: 24hours later

Hello everyone,

I'm recovering pretty well (missing school :P), hence i am much happier.

Bleeding seems to have stopped, thankfully. In general my penis is not too swollen, and the only thing that is different is the vertical scar where the frenulum used to be, which is extreamly sensitive and sometimes painfull(thank god for codein!!), no to mention pretty ugly. Just retracted it and applied the polysporin cream.

Now, when i retracted it, there was still a slight tightness where the frenulum was elongated, and the doc said he made only 1 horisontal cut (forming a diamond shaped opening)which supprised me, since i had severe frenulum breve. I am a bit worried that the elongation is not long enough (since i have also heard other people's frenuloplastys having 2-4 horisontal cuts). Now i may be a bit parranoid, it might just be the swelling that it making it a bit tight, but i want to be sure.

Also, my follow up appointment is in 6 weeks, which i thought was way too long.

If anyone can shed some wisdom over this way, tha'd be great.

I'll keep you updated

Jason
