It rather sounds like people grasping at straws and blaming it on the sufferer having 'earned' his affliction by having committed the unspeakable 'evil' of masturbation. Too many guys who don't have PE did a lot of wanking as they grew and an awful lot who do have PE, have wanked more moderately or not at all. There are probably a combination of reasons, the greatest being one's emotions on anticipation of intercourse.
