>>hi all
>>i posted many months ago, so you may or may not remember me. it looks like i have my foreskin at a pretty good length(using a device), although it is not the length i would like, i would like it to be longer. well the skin right now wont even stay in place, so i might need the frenulum(i think that is how it is spelled)stitched back in place. any advice on how to get the foreskin longer or where to get the stitching done would be appreciated. thanks...

>> The frenar band is a springy ring at or near the tip of the intact foreskin - think of a drawstring bag with elastic in place of the drawstring. To my knowledge there is no way to make a facsimile of the frenar band.

The situation also simply has to do with the fact that in an intact male the amount of skin (circumference) at the tip of the penis is less than at the coronal ridge and therefore will tend to hold the foreskinforward. If extra tight you have phimosis.

It would be possible to have the skin at the end of your restoration narrowed to have some of that effect. Of course many that restore would avoid adding more surgery to the original surgery that they have opted to defeat.

The other answer is to keep the 24/7 strtching harnessing going till the foreskin reaches your knees and then it might not roll up.

If I sound sarcastic perhaps I am. I spent the first dozen years of my life plain intact. Then a few decades permanently retracted, which I liked better. Then I had a circ which provided more direct contact with the coronal ridge during coitus. That was almost 40 years ago. I have not lost any of the sensation that provides sexual pleasure.

I have no desire whatsoever to have foreskin over the glans.

YMMV!
