There's a lot of talk about making the glans less sensitive, but is there any way to make it *more* sensitive?
I've never been circumcised but have a rather short foreskin, just barely covers the glans when I'm soft. My glans looks kinda wrinkly and is quite rough to the touch.
Any ideas?
