I would love a response to this as well... I have a similar situation and this is making me think twice. At first, I thought that I had a skin bridge but, more recently, suspected that it was frenulum breve, but now this is giving me some doubts. I have a couple of additional questions:

1) Is it possible for skin bridges to be attached from the glans to the foreskin?
2) Is there any site that has pictures of fully functioning frenulums (uncircumsized too)?
