But to try to be helpful- why is it that you need "more sensitivity"?
I wonder if you are perhaps not as sensitive when the glans is exposed as the first times it was exposed- which is normal and necessary process. All guys experience this. This is what the posts seeking less sensitivity are about. It is a matter of having that glans moderate its intolerance to touch so it can provide useful experiences. It is essential for the job the glans is supposed to do- penetration!
Be aware that that sensitivity on exposure has very little to do with having an orgasm. The sensors that trigger an orgasm are largely at the coronal and sulcus area and are better activated by pressure than by light surface touch.
That is if you are a man- if you are a chimpanzee those sensors will be out near the tip so that you can get an orgasm in 13 seconds! (Sorry that I don't have the link for this but you could probably google chimpamzee penis and find it).Another thing about sensitivity is that it comes and goes with arousal. It might seem that it would be great to have sensitivity all the time but what else other than sex would get done? Surely not work that we do to get money to live.
Further than this this would also be tied to having strong general energy levels and as has been said: the brain is the most important sex organ.

but have a rather short foreskin, just barely covers the glans when I'm soft. My glans looks kinda wrinkly and is quite rough to the touch.
>Any ideas?Wrinkliness can be present occasionally when not completely hard. That can vary.
The use of lotion for keeping skin soft can be applicable whether circed or not. Likewise the use of a lube for a different sexual experience applies for either circed or uncirced.
