Frenulum Swelling

It is the end of day two.

The underside of the penis and frenulum are swolen significantly. It's almost like having a second glans attached to the bottom. It is not overly painful unless disturbed, and it does not seem to be showing any overly severe redness. So I have not been given a whole lot more to complain about.

Is this degree of swelling to be expected and if so how long before it will surpass?
