A few questions.

Hi there.
I'm 17 years old and have had phimosis since I was 15. I have tried stretching which hasn't worked for me, maybe I havn't tried hard enough with it. Anyway I was wondering how old you have to be to have a circumcision without the consent of your parents, I presume it is 18? Also if that is the case I want to go ahead with the circumcision but something that concerns me is will the new approach to masturbating with a circ'd penis be a traumatic experience? I can't imagine masturbating without foreskin..

Also I have developed many veins on my penis over the last few years, maybe because of the phimosis I'm not sure. Is this cureable? I just want my penis back to the way it was.
