Tightness with Partial

I had my partial circ in Feb so nearly 8 weeks ago! Everything has gone ok. Ive started masturbating, but the remaining foreskin is very tight, when i pull it behind the glands its a little more comfortable but its still tight where the scar line is. Its not unbearable and i hope with time it will get looser. Has anyone had similar experiences and can they recommend any possible solutions. Prior to my partial circ i tried stretching so still have some bethenasome so should i try using that....or maybe a lubricant when masterbating???
