Sorry to hear you're still experiencing problems. To be completely honest, this is why I always think if you suffer from phimosis and you're going for a circumcision, get it done completely. To go through all that inconvenience and not have a complete solution for your problem is indeed a shame. You should be enjoying making discoveries with your new equipment not worrying if you'll need another cut.
Having said that, if the tightness is 'where the scar line is' it might well be only a temporary stage in the healing. The scar line does tighten up at first as new scar tissue has no elasticity. There may also be some residual swelling which could be making it appear tighter than it will eventually be. I would avoid using any drugs on the scar at the moment because it is still vulnerable skin and needs time (lots of time) to settle. Something like Palmers Cocoa Butter is an excellent treatment for scars and will do you no harm. It as also a great lubricant for you know what! Massage it into the skin - don't just smear it on. You will have to be patient to see how it develops.
