No worries, mate,

>there is some gliding motion, but like i say, the foreskin opening gets sore as it gets stretched.

As the other writer suggested, when you're having a toss, don't use your hand to pull your foreskin back, push your foreskin forward away from your body, put your hand behind the knob and push forward.

>you described some discomfort you used to have when in erection? I have no problem like that.

That's because your foreskin has already stretched to accomodate your size gain with a stiffy. So stretching will work, if you want your foreskin to slip back.

>i think my glans might be overly sensitive as well which is why I'm not getting as much pleasure as I could. What ways of desensitising are there?

It just has to get used to being touched and that happens over a period of time.

>I really don't have the courage to see my doctor, it's sad i know but that
>really isn't an option. this just sucks, I'm fed up of this!

All is not lost, mate. There have been URL's posted on this message board in the past which detail where you can order Betamethazone Cream off the internet without having to show your willy to the doctor or having your parents find out and force you to be circumcised. Maybe the moderator here, AJ , will be kind enough to put up the URL for the message which tells where the chemist is to get it.

In the meantime, do manual stretching. Have a soak in a good hot tub. That will make your foreskin more pliable and easier to stretch. Then pull back enough to feel the tension around the opoening. Don't cause pain. Do this for five or 10 minutes every bath time (or shower). Also, in the morning when you get up and have a stiffy, pull back and put it in the stretch again. Hold it back, f you can, whilst you have your pee. In fact, do this each time you have a pee during the day.

Then, at night, when you're in bed, do your stretching exercises again. If you make manual stretching a regular routine, it will work. The only thing the cream does it make the opening of your foreskin a bit stretchier.

Your foreskin isn't attacking you, it's just never been asked to stretch open to let the knob pop out, but your body has told it to stretch out longer to accomodate your stiffy, which it has done.

Since you seem to have a reason to want your foreskin to come back, then stick to it, and it will happen. Just don't start today and expect your knob to pop out the day after tomorrow. Create real tension when you stretch, just don't cause pain and it will happen.

Cheers
