I initially wore boxers, and they were always very comfortable after a while it felt like it was abrading my penis and i wound up switching to boxer briefs. That worked well for a while, but now it is bothering me again. I also have an uncomfortable feeling after masturbation and in general it makes going about life uncomfortable walking around and what not. It doesn't really feel localized to any one area and its pretty much just around the coronal sulcus that has the pain. I have no problems masturbating or even pain while masturbating its just after it will be more uncomfortable. There is no signs of irritation or anything. I have seen a dermatologist and they gave me some antifungal and betamethasone cream and they didn't seem to do anything.
I am running out of ideas....
