---- Self desolving stiches my ass!!! stich tunnels?? URGENT! ----

hello, as many of you may know, i had a frenuloplasty about 4 weeks ago. I was told these stiches have a 10-14 day life. But i still have 3-4 stiches still there (27 days later), and one of them is extreamly painful when touched, and has a white ring around it where it comes out of the skin.

Question: my appointment with the urologist is in 2 weeks, should i wait it out? OR sould i seek immediate attention to get these removed before they cause stich tunnels??? taking them out myself would be painful, and i dont think i can do it, unless i took a lot of the codeine i was perscribed : P .
