4" x 4" gauze unfolds and refolds. And like I say, 4 strips of toilet paper folded 'in-half' and wrapped around the gauze should be perfect to cover the incision. Don't buy too many dressings, as using tissue will cut the cost and it will be all you need after the first couple of days.
