I have realised my phimotic ring is now past the stage of being cured by stretching. Over the past few years I have tried the stretching and I obviously didn't do it right, as I have built up scar tissue making it impossible to stretch.
So my question is what do I need to do to have a circumcision? I really need this answered and not be told to keep stretching, as this doesn't work. I am 17, I gather you need to be 18 to not have to get your parents consent? I am 18 in a month so this isn't a problem. So what do I need to do? I presume go to the doctors first, then I will get on the waiting list? How much is it? How long will I need to wait?
I don't have any experience with it so any info is appreciated.
