I am 17, I gather you need to be 18 to not have to get your parents consent? I am 18 in a month so this isn't a problem. So what do I need to do? I presume go to the doctors first, then I will get on the waiting list? How much is it? How long will I need to wait?

I'm curious about this 'scar tissue' - you won't get scars without breaking the skin at least and usually the underlying connective tissue as well. Did you really pull so hard on your foreskin that you ripped it? I know that ALL of the instructions on stretching say not to go as far as being painful, and this would be well beyond painful. The description suggests a disease condition, such as recurrent yeast infections, commonly suffered by those who use soaps, antibacterials and other chemicals on their glans and/or under the foreskin. If not that, you have a SKIN condition which should be sorted out by a general practitioner or a dermatologist. It sounds like you could still keep your foreskin if you wanted to start taking proper care of your penis. On the other hand, if you have all along wanted a circumcision for whatever reason, as James did, then just admit it and get on with it.
