I am from the UK. The phimotic ring is very thicky and white and is the sort of texture that can peel, I don't know if its scar tissue or not. I probably should have also mentioned that I havn't always had phimosis, only the last few years, and also my frenulum seems to become shorter and closer to my meatus. So maybe it is a yeast infection? I should have had it checked out as soon as the foreskin was getting tight I guess. I really do think the skin isn't able to be stretched in the state its in, I guess I just need to go to a doctor?
