To my knowledge, stretching does not have a big impact on the frenulum. What you describe sounds serious enough to need some sort of surgical attention. "Leaving the foreskin behind the head," should NOT mean that you have to be "bearing the pain (it almost feels that something is ripping)." Remember your penis with an erection is supposed to bring you pleasure!

My take on ANY type of phimosis is that it needs to be sorted quickly. "What I have noticed while doing this is the head of the penis gets very dark in color, so I do not do this for a very long period of time (only a minute or two)." I seriously doubt that a minute or two at a time will produce any significant change in the foreseeable future. If stretching does not work (and it doesn't for many who try it) have a circumcision. It really is not that bad!
