Foreskin retraction

Hi. Sorry if this is an old question, but i was just wondering how far should my foreskin be able to retract. It used to be tight but after a short while stretching i've got it that now it fits over my glans and kinda bunches up under the corona when erect. Is this how far it should go ? I am asking because when it is relatively flacid and i pull it farther down, my frenulum kind of tugs down on my head ? So i am kind of worried about frenulum breve.

Any help would be appreciated.
