Tightness

it's now exactly 3 months since my circumcision. just one question, after a prolonged full erection (sometimes after masturbation) i will have a slight pain on my circumcision scar, feeling as if its tearing off (of course i know it won't). the scar is placed 1" behind my glans. does this mean i still need time for healing or is it because my circumcision is too tight?
