>It sounds very much like you have a yeast infection. I'm not familiar with the name of the medicine, so I can't comment on that, but tears and increasing tightness are indicative of infection, usually yeast. Do not wash with soap or use any detergents, antibacterials or other harsh compounds or those that disrupt the natural biotic balance. The warm salt water is fine. You do not need a circumcision - you need to fix the condition causing these changes. Was it by any chance a urologist you saw? A dermatologist or a family practitioner would be better. One thing I would be concerned with given what you describe is diabetes - the sugar in the blood can come through the skin and feed the yeasts there (by the way, you cannot entirely rid your skin of yeasts and bacteria - the guys that try to sell you on circumcision saying it will eliminate those are ignorant or liars. All the skin has a natural population of microbes. The goal is to have a healthy balance)
>If you were having a fungal infection of your feet, you wouldn't let a doctor peel the skin off and yank your toenail, would you? That's the same as letting a doctor cut away the infected parts of your penis. Get the infection under control and then you can restore your foreskin mobility.
Ivan thanks for the reply. Can you elaborate more about the diabetes aspect to me. It does run in my family and I'm curious if you could explain more.
