I guess the easiest answer to yuour question would be to put yourself in his place, "how would you feel if he suggested circumcision to you? In other words, having the hood of your clitoris and inner labia removed by surgical procedure?
What if he told you he just didn't like the look of the inner lips on your vulva or the fact that snegma and urine accumulates there and it affects his libido and desire to perform oral sex and you?
You need to learn to appreciate your husband and his body as they are. If both of your bodies were acceptable to God at birth, there's no reason they shouldn't be "good enough" for you both of you now.
