Scars on glands caused but cut

Hi everyone,

I don't expect much of a solution for this. I have a horrible purlple/black scar on my glans that was caused by the glans being cut. It happened when I was trying to scratch when I was suffering phimosis. They were itching terribly and I didn't really realise what I was doing.

My question: Is there any way a scar like this can be made to heal? Its been there a long while now. Are there any creams or other ways to possibly try getting rid of it?
