Good to hear from you and really good of you to keep us informed. Messages you post in this early phase are really helpful to guys contemplating a circumcision because they'll realise it really is not all that bad after all!

I oozed lymph for four weeks after. I'd guess that swelling will continue to be an issue for a while as well and even when you think it is all gone it could come back! That was a big surprise to me!

Really GREAT news about the BXO. It is fantastic to know that the procedure already seems to have solved the problem. I would have thought you'd be better able to "control the direction of flow" of urine as the meatus is now unencumbered. If it's going all over the place, that's probably due to some residual internal swelling. I would have thought that would be over by now though. In my first few days I had to sit to pee, if I didn't want to end up having to clean the walls and floor of my bathroom! Aiming was totally impossible.

Your first "sexual exercise" should be a matter taken in your own hand! Only you will know what is confortable to attempt. I did this at day 18 and it was a somewhat tentative and lack-lustre affair, despite being told I would have the best orgasm of my life! That, I'm araid, came later! Investing in a good quality lube will pay dividends! I cannot recommend that too highly! Tell the wife not to worry - she WILL be able to stimulate more of you and in different ways now. The greatest thing about having an adult circumcision is the journey of re-discovery of the penis it affords us. Sorry RIC's - you've DEFINITELY missed out on that!!!!

I would say hold back (deliberate pun here) on the vitamin E for at least two months. You should give the wound time to close COMPLETELY. You'll also need time to assess what shape your scar is in and whether it is necessary to do this. I think I may have interfered with my scar a bit too much too soon. Let it settle.

And to answer some of the questions preoccupying your mind.....
- how well does the ole fella work? - perfectly now that he's free from restraints

- how does it feel? - fantastic!

- is is more or less sensitive? - both more and less in my opinion.

- does it give me more or less pleasure? - definitely more in my case. It has reinvented my sex life!

- Does it make me last longer? - Hmmm............ not always ;-)

- Is oral more or less satisfying? - I think it will be more satisfying for your wife as cleaner is always nicer. You'll probably feel more confident about having it done as you'll know the ole fella is in good shape. That will eventually mean you'll enjoy it more, but it could take a while for all the new sensation to settle down. So both of you will have to be patient. That is part of the fun. A real journey of re-discovery!

How do you and the wife like the look of the little guy? Would you feel uncomfortable getting undressed in a locker room? I must admit, I used to be a bit inhibited about that before I was cut but now...... I don't give it a second thought. I'm proud of the little guy!
