Perley Papules

Hello guys, it's good to be back,

I had a frenuloplasty 2 months ago, and i've never felt better. But...now that my glands have been exposed more, i notice my perley papules (little white goose bumps right along the bottom of the glands) much more. THey are soooo ugly, and i fuken hate em. Also, women freak out then they see em.

What causes perley papules? i've heard that tehy supposedly show up in some uncirced men during puberty and dissapear later on, but there is no scientific data to confirm this. Is there a hygenic reason for them? Before, unable to retract, cleaning never happened, could this have caused it? BTW, i now clean on a regular basis.

can i prevent, cure, or minimise the appearance of perley papules?? I have over 40-60 individual bumps right along the bottom of my helmet, so they are extreamly noticeable.

Has anyone had simular experiences with perley papules??
