really tight phimosis - advice needed

Hi,

I've been reading this forum for a while but never posted before, I'm a 24 year old guy, and I've had a tight phimosis since I was about 11 or 12.

I've got a long overhanging foreskin which I can't retract at all when I'm flaccid, and when I have an erection my foreskin stays forwards and is almost uncomfortably tight. The opening at the end is tiny, and surronded by an area of whitish skin, which doesn't stretch at all and seems to be stopping the rest of my foreskin from rolling back.

I've tried stretching without much luck so far, has anyone managed to get to a fully retractable foreskin from a situation like this?

Any advice is welcome,
