17 days post op, everything looks to be healing up nicely and there is no longer an "open sore" area with fluid on it; the skin has healed over this and things are looking good. I'm thinking of starting to apply vitamin E soon although some would say it's too early for that; there's a mixed message on this forum about when to put vitamin E on it so if I end up putting some on soon I'll continue to post my progress.
