Yep, I only have 3 days of rest and if work becomes a problem I can telecomute for a week or two and work from the comfort of my bed. My only problem with staying at home is the fact that I have a 2-year-old full of energy who is going to want my attention and play, so perhaps sitting in a comfortable chair at work all day might be better. :-)

I would be able to wear comfortable pants at work since there isn't much of a dress code. I am a software engineer and we don't have to dress up or anything since we are hidden in a different part of the building where customers don't really see us.

Thanks for the words of encouragement about the sensitivity of the glands. I know the worse period of sensitivity is going to be a short period. I will use the recommendations given here by you guys when I need some relief. :-)
