Frenuloplasty questions

Hi, just had frenuplasty due to it tearing a few times.

I have a few questions, the surgeon who completed it I was not happy with.

I don;t think it is healing properly, 3 days later there was a lot of swelling that is still there at the bottom of the frenulom, giving the appeareance of a bump, it isn't all flat like I thought it would be.

Also the surgeon made a wrong cut and left a small paper like cut on the bottom of my knob, will this heal normally?

Is the swelling normal? should I get a second opinion?

Also it hurts like hell when I wake up during the night with an erection, should I be on pills to avoid this?
