Dont worry - 3 days after a Frenuloplasty, there will still be swelling, and it will look a bit uneven. After mine, it looked like the Frenulum was intact and just cut through - the two remaining bits of frenulum lookd as if I had a pair of Clitoris! The good thing is that with time, it all settles and smoothes - and all cuts and cars, even accidental ones heal real good. Keep the wound as dry as you can, but keep the whole thing clean. You didnt say if your foreskin is intact? If it is, avoid retraction to have a look for a few more days. Good luck.
