Apply a little pressure to the wound and hold for 4-5 mins. The bleeding should stop. Worse scenario is you have popped stitch. Not a big deal, but they will not re-stitch. Dont worry - bleeds are normal if frightening and/or annoying at this stage. Once the bleed stops, keep it dry, rest up and avoid washing it for a day or two. More often than not, over zealous washing is the cause of a bleed. If really concerned - go to your local A&E or ER whatever you call it where you are. Good luck.
