If your bandage is done properly, you'll be able to do fairly beningn activities like walking, doing the groceries etc, just keeping in mind you have a fragile penis and not to do movements that would put pressure on it.
After the bandage is off, what you can do is just put a light bandage on (like kleenex or cloth with a tape or safety pin to peep it on) which will isolate your penis and stitches from the underwear.
You'll need to put saran wrap around your penis for showers to keep it dry.
When going to te office, you may wish to bring with you some materials in case you need to redo your bandage during the day. (just in case).
