Dear.The frenulum does't grow with execises. The best is the surgery, not more than ten minutes and without pain. After the extirpate of the frenulum,the foreskin can be retracted totaly to the basis of the penis, and his head peeled in all extension. I recommended this cut for one sexual life more happy.
