If you see a specialist, they should be able to give you an accurate diagnosis.

As Mod I don't have any problem with you linking to your pictures, but please can you post a link to the pictures as opposed to post them directly into the message. Also, it might be worth checking out Halfclip's (a contributor here)web site. He has some good information for self-diagnosis.
