Go to your local drug store/pharmacy and get toothache medication (extra strength). It should be 20% benzocaine. Just spread it on the exposed part of glans and it will numb it for an hour or two. Make sure you let it soak up into the skin before putting underwear back on.
Within a few days, your glans will get used to it.
