Can anyone diagnose this for me? My foreskin isn't very tight at all but I can't retract it over my head. Lately it's been getting looser and looser though and now I've been able to retract it to the head but I can't see the glands and it's almost impossible to have the foreskin go back up, it took some squeezing and force. It never retracts when I have an erection.
Also the inside of my foreskin sometimes has purplish and red marks on it and some little bumps of dry skin. It doesn't hurt or anything, it just looks kind of weird.
