Hi, had the operation 3 weeks ago now and I think it's healing properly, but I still have one concern.
When fully erect, the bottom of my penis where I had the frenulplasty, is fully stretched, but my foreskin is still gathered at the top, not exposing any glands, just seats behind my knob. Glands can be exposed easy with no erection.
Do I require further fixing, also I have scar tissue where I had the frenuloplasty, and now I have a bump. I haven't had sex yet, as I don't want to rush and tear it again.
Do I need further surgeory?
