Everything is normal. Your foreskin is a little tight. The 'head' and the 'glans' are the same thing - if you see the glans then ...

There can be a variety of bumps that are normal around the 'corona' (the widest, darkest part - the word means crown). You will very soon have full retractability - it sounds like you are progressing anyway. If you want it to resolve faster spend 3-5 minutes several times a day holding the foreskin open like a Halloween goody bag (taut, but without sharp pain)
