Hey man, we are in the same boat because I got my circ on Friday and the sensitivity sucks for me too. I also had a hard time in the first couple of days and it's still there but I always put a thin layer of gauze to make it a little more bearable. Boxer briefs also helped because it keeps my penis in place without much rubbing.

The pointy tip is a part of the swelling and in a few days it is going to start getting normal. For me it looked okay until 48 hours post-op when it got really swollen again and it looked terrible and now (five days post-op) it looks much better. The wound is sore and there are some bumps and swelling but it will take a few weeks to look good.

Night erections were really bad for me too in the first couple of nights but sleeping on your side really helped and you will not be waking up with erections in a few days.

>hey i just got circumcised yesterday. i'm 17 and my head is unbelievably sensitive. nothing can touch it except air and water, if it's just submerged, or it will kill me! i mean not even silk. i was told i could take my bandages off today, and the pain was excrutiating when taking them off the head. is it normal for the head to be this sensitive? also, is there anything i can do to speed up the toughening process that won't make me faint? any help would be appreciated.
